Kapp Pack "Griswold" House

Here's the big Christmas light unveiling. Dad worked hard for 2 days straight....even in the rain! Dad estimates betweeen the front and back of the house he has over 15,000 lights. Make sure to turn your volume down until about halfway through the video. It's really windy and the video is really loud, but be sure to turn it back up lfway through so you can hear the music. We will try to get a better video later on when it's not so windy. Enjoy! Hope everyone got lots of turkey. We didn't get turkey but I think mom will give us some of our special canned food tonight.

This following video is something we aspire to in years to come.....but know we are SOOOOOO not worthy financially and time-wise. We added it for your enjoyment!

Wow, that's a lot of work! Does it take almost as long to take it down and put it away neatly for next year?

I think it would take my Human Assistant six months to put all of that up!

Then if it took six months to put away again, well ... sometime in late June he'd just finish taping up the boxes in the morning and then open them up again in the afternoon!

What a beawootiful light display! And dad says our mom goes crazy with the Christmas decorations. She says your dad must have LOTS of energy, our lights aren't nearly as impressive and it usually takes her a couple of days to get it all out & up.
We loved your second clip too, the Trans-Sibe Orchestra is going to be here in the next week or two, mama talked to dad about them going to see them, but then she looked up the ticket prices....with all the grand-bipeds that visit us at Christmas she said no way she could justify spending that money when it could be spent on the kiddos instead.

She just told dad he had to help her get our decorations down out of the loft in our garage tomorrow, he said "but it's my birthday!". Way to whine, dad! She told him if he'll help get it into the house she'll put it all up during the week since she's not working right now. Wish us luck, the old girl isn't as young as she used to be, hopefully she'll get it all done before the fat man visits.
Happy Belated Thanksgiving,
Bama & the RHP
