Good News!

Hi Everypup!

I wanted to pass along great, awesome, best we could have hoped for, news. Dr. Horst called and left a message for my mom and dad (I don't know why he didn't just ask for me since I was home) but anywoo, he said my tumor was benign.....that's the kind of cancer that we wanted the tumor to be. The pathologist also said there were clean margins around the pesky tumor.

The only thing mom and dad need to do to follow up is to continue regularly checking me for lumps and bumps! Cha ching!!!!! Bonus for me, that means mandatory belly rubs!!!!!!

Thanks everypup (and human) for your vibes and prayers!!!! They really helped me and keep think good vibes for a speedy recovery!

Woo woo, Kelsey Ann

How wonderful!!! Sounds like you have the fatty tumors like Sam and old Shula use to get. They look funny, but are not dangerous. I'm glad you will be ok!!

I'm going to share the great news with the rest of the pack so we can race around the furniture in the family room in celebration!!!

Granddog Ice used to get those tumors on his face, one time it was really deep in his forehead and Doc took his stitches out too soon and it opened back up, Chili & Cracker said mom FREAKED out when she saw the big hole in his head, but he didn't even know anything was wrong. Saturday trip to the ER vet and 27 new stitches inside and out, so you be careful and heal good, OK? Tell the rest of the pack to take it easy on you, and make your humans spoil you shamefully!
