Hi Puppers!
You all had some really good guesses for what was happening. No, there's not a little biped on the way. One is all we (the pack) can handle right now. I was hoping it was a Siberian play room, but no such luck on that.
Turns out that all that was happening was Dad and Paw paw were installing new carpet. Big letdown there....nothing exciting.
Here's me enjoying the new, plusher carpet...

It feels really nice on my paws.

I totally agree with Echo. The carpet looks too plain & clean. You need to add some paw prints all over it...

My Mom used to have berber carpet in her other house and says it's really easy to keep clean.

That looks really nice! Your dad and your Paw-Paw did a great job. Our mom would love new carpet. I don't know why; we've broken this carpet in JUST the way we like it.

Furry thoughtful of them to install NEW carpets for woo! (They must love woo a lot.) Woo'd never catch our pawrents doing that! Have fun customizing it!

Nice carpet. Okay, so dey added paddin' for your paws in the Sibe playroom. Now you can really do zoomies and not worry about slidin' 'cross da floor. Jest be careful you don't get your nails caught. It can cause an ouchy.

Wow, Meadow, if you're anything like Ari, then that new carpet is a sure sign that you are growing up into a responsible pup. A certain Miss Someone was notorious for peeing and chewing on carpet until well after she was old enough to know better. I'm just sayin. . .
