I know you haven't heard from me for awhile. The boys have been hogging the blog while I've been trying to rest and let my new medicine work. But now I am back and feeling great!
Today was a special day in schools across America. It was Read Across America day in honor of Dr.Seuss's birthday. His birthday was really yesterday, March 2, but kids don't have school on Sundays so they celebrated today. We think Dr. Seuss books are really silly. Some of our favorites are:
Green Eggs and Ham: all about not judging foods before you try them
The Lorax: about being kind to our environment
How the Grinch Stole Christmas: a story about the true giving spirit of Christmas
We'd like to direct you back to a blog post we did in October. This is how bedtime goes at our house.
I leave you tonight with a quote by Dr. Seuss:
"Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind."
Good night and sleep tight, doggies!
Woo woo, Kelsey Ann
(Now go read to your bipeds!)
