Thank Woo, Biloxi!

Hey Pups,

Our former foster brother, Biloxi, and his Siber-sibs sent us an early Christmas present.

We're checking out the box after Dad cut open the tape to see what is inside.

I smell something good.

Christmas cookies! We didn't get any of the ones Mom made.

Squeekies! Two moons and a star!

And, chewies - that's what smelled so good! They're BBQ flavor. Yum!
Thanks Biloxi, we love our presents.
Merry Christmas,
Sky, Meadow and Canyon

Road Trip!

Hi Puppers,

This morning, Mom and Dad loaded up the Sibe Vibe. Out came my leash and I went with them!! The boys stayed home. We spent almost two hours in the car. When we got there, I smelled lots of other dogs. They were all super-be-woo-tiful sibes. The pretty sibes were walking around in circles inside a ring, getting closely looked at, and walking down and back on a path in the middle of the ring. Dad explained to the little biped that the dogs were being judged on how much they looked like an ideal Siberian. Later we met Khyra, the D'Azul Siberians, and Cap'n Maverick. The D'Azul Siberians' mom said she thinks I look like I'm partially Australian Cattle Dog.

We didn't take too many pictures. Unfortunately, the Little Biped got bored. Dad took her to see the some sights at the Gettysburg battleground and he had the camera with him (although he didn't carry it while he and the Little Biped walked). So, no pictures were taken until it was almost time to go. Here's pictures with Eddie. He wanted to be my boyfriend, but I told him about Mr. Mal, so then he tried to be Khyra's boyfriend.

Best of luck to the D'Azul Siberians as they finished the rest of the Siberian Husky National Specialty.

Missing My Foster Bro.....

Hey Puppers!
Thanks for all the sympathy for the torture device I had to endure. I got spayed last week and mom and dad were concerned I was getting an infection and made me wear that stupid thing so I wouldn't lick off the ointment they put on my incision.

I thought I'd share a couple of the last pics we have of Biloxi and I together....

And, yes, we voluntarily went in there.....that's my crate now!

Here's a picture I found on the camera....it appears to be a going away picture with Mom, Dad and Biloxi. I found some pics of Biloxi and his new fursiblings, but I'll save that for another post.

This Made Mom Happy....

Hey Pups!

King Sky boy here...

Remember when Mom made that slide show after Kelsey Ann crossed the Rainbow Bridge? Well, mom had sworn up and do that she had a pic of the little biped using KA as a pillow. Well, while mom was searching for the young ones indecent pictures (really, they should be ashamed of themselves) she finally found the picture! The only problem was the little biped's dress had slid up and she was flashing the camera. But since mom knows the right humans she was able to get the picture adjusted. Meeshka's mom fixed it right up (I don't know how she accomplished that amidst a week of 100 blogs). Thank you
Meeshka for allowing your human woman to take a few minutes away from dictation to do something furry nice for my mom! So without furthur ado.....

Parental Discretion Advised

Hey Puppers!

Here is our contribution to the unified effort of the Sibermal Society to support Meeshka and her Week of 100 Blogs. Meeshka is having to work SOOOOO hard to keep her human woman from being a lush and being wishy-washy and not obeying her every whim. Let's join together and help Meeshka control her human woman!!!!

Here is our version of Huzzy and Studmuffin Day! Please if there are young canines present, shield their eyes. This is not suitable for young audiences (yes, Cornelia Marie, Khady Lynn and Domino, that means woo!)

Now go and pledge some money to Queen Meeshka!

Hanging with my Little Biped

Hey Puppers!

I thought I'd share what I did with the little biped this afternoon...

Don't we look all cozy?

I'm so happy to have a furever home that understands my siberian ways. Stay tuned for my do-it-yourself workshop on refrigerator accessibility.

Oh, Tuesday makes a special day. It's Miss Fluffy Tail's gotcha day and her humom's birthday! Go wish them well!

Playdate and Some fixin's

Hi Puppers!

Although I am not an official MaPaw dog, I got to go along to the
MaPaw playdate yesterday. I had so much fun. My favorite was an all-white husky boy named Blue. Mom tells me Blue made an appearance on the Kapp Pack blog last year, right here. Blue needs some special vibes because he needs to have eye surgery to remove cataracts (See I knew cats were evil) They have cause his eyesight to be 5% in his one eye. Doesn't stop him from playing hard though!

I had so much fun, I can't wait to go back! Canyon did well with everyone and was less scared (according to Mom) and Biloxi enjoyed himself after he stopped hiding behind all the humans!

I also got to meet the famous Dr. Horst. Sky and Canyon have told me he's a great guy and I was a little shy at first but after I inspected him for a minute I gave him some Meadow approved snooter kisses! He said I'm in great shape and he thinks I'm about 1 year old. Mom and Dad are going to keep my birthday as August 1, 2007.

Mom here: Biloxi got neutered today. The poor little guy has three incisions. One of his testicles was stuck in "no man's land" and they had to try from the groin and the abdomen to push it out. He threw off their surgery schedule for the whole morning :-) Things are so messed up in his pelvic area from his crushed hip and that's what made it so difficult. He went out when we got home and has been peacefully (thank dog!) asleep on the pillow he's claimed as his. When we went in to pick him up, Meadow had her first appt. with Dr. Horst. He is estimating she's around 1 so she will keep her Aug. 1st b-day we gave her. She goes in for her spay in September.

Pee Ess: Please send some prayers and vibes for Mom's Uncle, he was just diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

Pee Ess Woo: Word on the street is that I get to meet Miss Fluffy Tail this weekend!

Christmas in July

Hi Pups!

Mom has been receiving some packages from one of her Sibermal Society friends. The first package came the day after we lost Kelsey Ann and really brightened Mom's day. Here's a picture of the little biped modeling Mom's new Boo bag. It's a Bags by KZK original.
The next box came yesterday. The day after we brought Meadow home. I'm sensing a pattern! There was lots of cool stuff it. The little biped helped to open the presents. There was a very cute cow bank for mom (our kitchen/dining room is decorated with cows), a cow book for the little biped, a cow magnet, an Iowa shirt for mom and one for the little biped, rawhide lollipops for us doggies, and superdog treats for us. All of this pawsome stuff came from Summit the Super Mal's Mummi! Isn't she the best?

As an extra added bonus for tonight's post I am going to add in the pictures blogger was too stoopid to post last night!

Playdate with Khyra!

Hey Pups!

Kelsey allowed me to do the post today even though it's supposed to be Single Sunday. Kelsey's not feeling so well and wanted to take a little time off (she'll tell you more about her problems tomorrow).

Miss Fluffy Tail, Khyra, came for a visit today. She says she came to see all of us, but I really think she came to smell some puppy breath! We all had a great time. Canyon was really snarky when Khyra first got here and tried to pick a fight with her, but after about 5 minutes of Mom telling him he knew her and had fun with her before he was OK. I took advantage of that moment and tried to get Khyra involved in a game of catch while Mom was holding Canyon.

We played, then rested, played, then rested, over and over....

Khyra's mom got to try some of the cake mom had baked for this weekend. We still haven't gotten our pieces so that was completely NOT FAIR! Khyra tried to butter our mom up to get some but it didn't work! Towards the end of their visit Biloxi got banished to his crate because little pups get cranky when they are tired....

Enjoy the pics and videos from our visit.

Priorities Out of Order....

Hey Pups!

Sky here...

I'm a little miffed at Mom right now. I don't like breaking promises and Mom has forced us to do that. We told you we would post blogathon prizes every day from now until the time of the blogathon......but Mom has been pre-occupied and wouldn't helps us with the computer. This is what she's been up to...
There's a third one, but Mom didn't take a picture of that one yet!

And no.....we didn't get to taste any of it!!!

So because Mom has made us into slackers here are 3 days worth of blogathon prizes. I did claw mom into sending in our registration for Day of Blogs 2008, so we are almost official!

My buddy Maddox needs this. He and his sibe sister went for an adventure around the neighborhood and came home very STINKY!
Some magnets for the magic cold box....A squeaky fish....almost as good as the real thing! So go ahead and click the pledge button on the left or e-mail us a kapppack@gmail.com and let us know you are supporting MaPaw Siberian Husky Rescue for the blogathon!
We want to give a special shout out to our friend Sitka. She and her humans are picking up her new Sibe sis today!!!!!

Last, but not least.....your puppy fix for the day!

Husky Card Revoked!!!

Hey Pups!

Sky here tonight. Mom and Dad say my Husky Card has been revoked. Here's what happened this evening after all the humans were home for the day.

Dad got home from a business trip around 5:15. I guess you could say this trip was practice for next week to pick up Biloxi (don't forget, this little Biloxi can sure use help). His total driving was a little over 500 miles this week (20-25% of what he'll do next week). Shortly after he got home, we had dinner guests. A friend of Mom's from when they were teenagers brought her husband and two sons over to visit. One of the boys is 9 months younger than my little biped and the other is just a little baby, a few weeks old.

The humans ate some pizza and then went outside so my little biped and the boy could play in the yard. We sat inside and watched from the window. Dad and the other human man set up the tent in the backyard (which was a pretty funny since it's a bit windy tonight) so Mom, Dad, the little biped and Canyon could sleep in it tonight. After they did that, the little biped and the boy went in the tent to play.

After a while they were bored, so they got the wagon out and pulled each other around. They even conned the other human man into pulling them some. Then Dad had the idea for me to pull them.

By the time Mom had gotten this third picture, I had begun to get a little tired. I had made 1 lap around the yard (maybe an 1/8 mile). About half way into the next lap, I decided to take care of my tired...

When I did this, Dad asked "what kind of husky are you?" I answered in the following manner.

Since I didn't do a very good job pulling a wagon, I had my Husky Card revoked.

Help!!!

Kisses, Sky boy
